Membership Fees & Lesson FeesIf you wish to have swimming lessons with the club, you will need to join which will require you paying a regular monthly fee by standing order. The fee will cover club membership, and swimming lessons (if your child has them). The cost of club membership will vary depending on if you are joining as an individual, a parent and child, or a family. Once you've joined you will be entitled to swim at both the lessons (as long as a place for your child is available) and the family swim sessions on Sundays. Membership and lesson fees are paid by monthly by standing order. Sunday family swimming sessions are paid for on the door. Details of both are shown below. How Much Are The Fees? The single monthly fee is payable by standing order and made up of two parts: 1. The club membership fee (different amount depending on type of membership). 2. Lesson fees per child. To set up a standing order, just contact either the club Membership Secretary, or the club Treasurer. You can work out your monthly fee using the table below. Refer to the number of lessons your children have in total. (e.g. 1 child swimming on Tuesday and Saturday is having 2 lessons a week).
You can also see how the membership fees are calculated using the info below:
Example: For a Family with 3 children, where one child has a lesson on Tuesday, the second child has a lesson on Saturday, and the third child is too young for lessons, between them the family has 2 lessons per week. The monthly cost is therefore £5 + £28 = £33.
SUNDAY SWIMMING IS CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONSSunday family swimming sessions are INCLUDED as part of your monthly fees, and we hope to reinstate these when COVID restrictions on social swimming are lifted The normal discounts of 50% for committee members and 100% for teachers apply to all lessons fees.
